Andre Puschmann

Andre Puschmann serves as the VP of Engineering at Software Radio Systems Ltd, where the mission focuses on developing the srsRAN as the most reliable enterprise 5G stack. With experience as a Senior Engineer, Puschmann has led various commercial and public-funded projects, notably designing srsLTE NB-IoT extensions. Previously, a Research Fellow at the CONNECT Research Centre, Puschmann conducted Quality of Experience evaluations for mobile 4G streaming. As a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at TU Ilmenau, Puschmann led junior researchers in exploring ultra-reliable communication methods for 5G. Additional roles include Co-founder of S+P Software Systems, research assistant at IMMS gGmbH, and intern at Siemens VDO Automotive. Puschmann holds a Dr.-Ing. in Computer Engineering and a Diploma in Computer Science from Technische Universität Ilmenau.
