Scott Carrington has over 25 years of experience in the business and IT transformation field. Scott began their career in 1992 as Regional Vice President at American Frozen Foods, where they were responsible for the operations of 3 telemarketing centers and sales teams with a P&L responsibility of $6 million. In 1997, they were appointed Assistant Vice President and General Manager at Metro One Telecommunications, where they were accountable for a P&L of $10 million and managed a team of 400 handling up to 3 million calls per month. In 2006, they were hired as Vice President of Operations at eStorepros and was able to lower overhead by 64% and grow revenue by 170%. From 2008 to 2012, they were Vice President of Operations at Affirmative Insurance Holdings, where they played a key role in increasing EBITDA by 3% and delivering a 2011 profit of $38 million from the Retail Division. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Call Center/BPO Global Executive Industry Advisor at Blackmore Partners, LLC. In 2013, they became Call Center Lead Consultant at Innovar Solutions, where they were responsible for assessing the client's current call center environment and designing future state solutions. From 2014 to 2018, they held the position of Global Director of Consulting, Business & IT Transformation at Capgemini. Most recently, they have been Chief Executive Officer and President at i3-Software & Services since 2018.
Scott Carrington holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Almeda University, with a field of study in Business Management. Scott is currently in progress of obtaining a Six Sigma Black Belt certification, which they began in May 2012.
