Zak Caulin

Zak Caulin has worked in a variety of roles since 1998. Zak began their career as a Tape Operator for Dow in 1998. In 2004, they became an Operations Supervisor for TRG Customer Solutions, where they trained team members in system software, computer-based applications, linguistic, information, and customer service skills. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at CureMD as a Client Services Supervisor and Internal Communication Consultant, where they provided communication training for the Client Services team and leadership skills, personality development, conflict resolution, stress management, and time management trainings for the Human Resources Learning & Development Center. Zak then moved to OZ as a Manager of Customer Services & Onshore Recruitment, where they facilitated the coordination of business between onshore & offshore offices and ensured compliance with Standard Operating Procedures. Most recently, they have been the Vice President of Business Development and Business Development Manager for Software Finder since 2021.

Zak Caulin received a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from Central Michigan University.
