Agustina Tp Siahaan

Agustina TP Siahaan has extensive work experience in the field of business technology and IT. Agustina TP started their career in 2004 as a Corporate Management Trainee at Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, Division Bogasari Flour Mills, where they gained experience in analyzing and implementing best practices in business processes using ERP systems. Agustina TP later worked as a System and Procedure Section Head, responsible for system policy and procedure making, and participated in specific projects such as Purchasing Centralization re-engineering.

In 2007, Agustina joined Asia Pulp & Paper as an SAP HR Analyst & Project Manager. Agustina TP led various projects focused on implementing best practices in business processes using SAP HR. Agustina TP also played a role in IT change management, facilitating the change management process in IT projects and providing training in project management, COBIT, and change management.

Since 2013, Agustina has been working at SOHO Global Health. Agustina TP has held multiple roles, including IT Business Process Improvement Manager and IT Business Partner Manager. In these roles, they have been responsible for aligning business and IT, implementing IT services to support the Distribution Business Unit, managing communication between the business unit and IT, and coordinating IT projects and budgets. Agustina TP also co-led a major SAP implementation project in the Distribution Business Unit, covering multiple locations.

Agustina TP Siahaan completed their secondary education from SMU Negeri 8 between 1996 and 1999, focusing on the science field (IPA). Later, they pursued their tertiary education at the University of Indonesia from 1999 to 2003, obtaining a degree in Chemical Engineering (Sarjana Teknik). In addition to their formal education, Agustina obtained a certification in IT Infrastructure Library Foundation from EXIN in March 2013.
