Novita Tjhai worked as an Audit Marketing at PT SOHO Industri Pharmasi from February 2011 to December 2013, where Novita was responsible for controlling budget, auditing field force, data analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Novita then moved to PT Soho Global Health in January 2014 and currently holds the position of Alliance & International Business Finance Executive. In this role, Novita focuses on budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss analysis for alliance and international business, reporting, and expense management.
