Timothius Thaslim

Timothius Thaslim is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service operation and security management. Currently serving as IT Service Operation and Security Manager at SOHO Global Health since January 2012, Timothius oversees incident and request management, problem management, change management, asset management, and vendor management, ensuring effective IT service delivery across corporate users and 25 branches. Prior to this role, Timothius held the position of IT Service Section Head at SOHOGROUP from 2005 to 2012, focusing on system administration and user support. Timothius began the career as a System and Application Support Executive at PT. Parit Padang from 1999 to 2005 and started in the field as a staff instructor at LPK IKMII dan INDOGAMA between 1997 and 1999. Timothius holds a Bachelor's degree in Informatics from Universitas Kristen Duta Wacana.
