Rajat Dhawan

Rajat Dhawan is the Global CTO at Soho House. Rajat was previously the Global Chief Technology Officer at Contiki Holidays from September 2016 to September 2019.

Dhawan is responsible for the expansion of a Centre of Excellence for Technology, which includes the strategic vision, operating model and an 18-month strategic roadmap. Rajat has also successfully driven a complex digital transformation programme with seven main projects.

Under Dhawan's leadership, Contiki Holidays has been recognized for its recent digital initiatives, including Best Website User Experience at the Travolution Awards 2017 and Business Change Award at the UK Digital Experience Awards 2017.

Rajat Dhawan received their Doctor of Philosophy in AI & Decision-Making from the University of Sydney. Rajat also holds a Master of Information Technology in Business Information Systems from the University of Sydney, and an Advanced Computing degree from the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi. Rajat received their Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering and Computer Science from VTU.

Rajat Dhawan reports to Nick Jones, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Pierre Antoine Dourneau - Managing Director, North America, Jonathan Heaf - Chief Content Officer, and Thomas Allen - CFO, Membership Collective.
