James Spann has extensive experience in operations management, particularly in call center operations, telecommunications, and customer service. James served as the Director of Call Center Operations at SohoMD, PLLC. Prior to this, they were the Manager of the Telecommunications Call Center at New York Presbyterian Hospital, where they oversaw all aspects of call center operations, managed a large staff, and implemented policies and procedures. James also held roles as Area Operations Manager at Central Parking System and as a Telecommunications Supervisor at Verizon.
James Spann attended Brown University from 1981 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biomedical Sciences.
