Dewen Chen is the current Chief Executive Officer of Changyou at Sohu. Prior to this, they served as a Junior Product Manager at Banana Republic from October 2019 to December 2020. In this role, they were responsible for driving communication between stakeholders to improve category revenues. Dewen also developed and managed product roadmap and timeline to shorten inception to delivery from 9 weeks to 7 weeks. From April 2019 to May 2019, they served as Merchant Allocator at The North Face, a VF Company. In this role, they planned and executed on product delivery strategies for US and Canada while maintaining agility in the strategy. Dewen also managed initial and continuous product distribution strategy in US and CAN for Men’s and Women’s premium priced products. From December 2018 to April 2019, they served as DTC Merchandise Operation Analyst at The North Face, a VF Company. From August 2017 to March 2018, they served as Service Experience Representative at Nordstrom. From June 2017 to August 2017, they served as Retail Management Intern at Nordstrom.
Dewen Chen received their Bachelor's degree in Apparel Merchandising and Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Dewen also holds a minor in Philosophy from the same school.
