Mark M.

Mark M. has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Mark started their career as a Database Management intern at ABM Industries in 2010, where they created asset logs for mechanical equipment and collaborated on documents related to employee records. In 2012, Mark worked as a Facilities Engineering Manager at Chemical & Engineering, where they developed a Micromain database for HVAC equipment and gained experience with building automation controls. Mark then worked as an HVAC Maintenance Technician at the same company in 2013, carrying out preventative maintenance on HVAC systems. In 2014, Mark had an internship at Soil and Land Use Technology, Inc., where they performed inspections of fueling systems within the DC public school system and reported compliance issues. The following year, they interned at Sustainable Design Consortium, becoming familiar with maintenance catalogs for mission critical systems and creating logs for mechanical and life safety equipment. Mark then joined Soil and Land Use Technology in 2017 as a Project Manager, overseeing quality assurance for the construction of an airport terminal and leading compliance with FAA guidelines. Mark also gained experience with utility locating and mapping using Geomagnetic equipment. Throughout their work experience, Mark has demonstrated their proficiency in database management, maintenance scheduling, and compliance reporting.

Mark M. attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2011 to 2016, where they received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In July 2014, they completed the DC UST Class C Operator Training program offered by PASS Training & Compliance. During the same month and year, they also completed the OSHA Permit-Required Confined Space Entry program offered by eTraining, Inc. Furthermore, in August 2012, Mark obtained certification in the Micromain Maintenance Management Database from MicroMain Corporation.
