Nicola Spencer

An accountant by profession, Nicola originally studied Biology at Bristol University, followed by a masters degree in Environmental Science, so conservation has been close to her heart for a long time. Following training with EY, one of the Big Four accountancy firms, she has spent over 20 years in leadership roles within the charity sector, responsible for finance, governance, IT and people management.
