Genela Iranta

Genela Iranta has a diverse work experience. Genela currently works as an Associate, Executive Talent at Scaleworks and Soilworks Natural Capital. In these roles, they focus on executive search and developing leadership networks in the technology and regenerative agriculture industries, respectively. Previously, they worked at Korn Ferry as an Associate Manager, where they oversaw operational management and client service teams. Genela also held roles as an Analyst and Global Recruitment Coordinator at Korn Ferry. Prior to that, they worked as an Online English Teacher for Japanese students at Transnational Education Solutions & Technologies, Inc. Genela gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at Henann Group of Resorts and as a Clinical Psychology Intern at Clinic of the Holy Spirit.

Genela Iranta pursued their college education from 2014 to 2018 at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. Genela obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology during this time.
