Joanne Lin

Joanne Lin is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Regional Head of Human Resources at SOITEC since August 2019, where responsibilities include managing HR operations across five Asian countries and driving talent strategies aligned with business objectives. Prior to this role, Joanne was an HR Solutions Manager at TE Connectivity, focusing on talent acquisition and compensation programs, and served as Regional HR Assistant Manager at Connell, overseeing HR project management across 18 countries. Joanne has also held various positions at AMD, including Human Resources Business Partner, where key initiatives included leadership development and workforce planning. Joanne holds a Postgraduate Diploma in HR & Organizational Psychology from the Singapore Human Resource Institute.
