Shu Takeoka

Shu Takeoka started their work experience in 2008 as a Futures Metals Trader at Sojitz Corporation. They later became a Team Leader and Project Manager for Emirates Aluminum Phase 2 Project in Abu Dhabi. In 2016, they became an Assistant Manager at Sojitz Corporation. In 2018, they joined Sojitz Corporation of America, Inc. as a Senior Manager, then progressed to Assistant Director and eventually Vice President & General Manager. They currently hold the role of Vice President at Sojitz Energy Services LLC since 2023.

Shu Takeoka attended Waseda University from 2004 to 2008, where they pursued a degree in the School of International Liberal Studies. During the academic year 2005 to 2006, Takeoka also studied Economics at the Corvinus University of Budapest.
