Matthew Mesaros

Matt Mesaros currently serves as the Director of Planning & Analytics at Sojo Industries, where responsibilities include overseeing production planning across a network of seven plants, developing forecasts, advising on CAPEX and expansion projects, and enhancing decision-making through implemented analytics tools. Prior to this role, Matt held various positions at Amazon, including Operations Manager, where significant achievements included launching a new fulfillment center and improving site throughput through LEAN concepts, and Area Manager, overseeing multiple teams to enhance safety, quality, and productivity. Earlier experiences include an internship at TruFoodMfg, focusing on supply chain processes and production analysis. Matt holds a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Pittsburgh and is currently pursuing an MBA in Business Analytics at the University of Delaware.
