Orit Zur

Orit Zur has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Orit is currently the Head of HR at Sol-Gel Technologies, where they oversee all HR-related functions. Prior to that, they worked at 500Tech as the VP HR, where they played a key role in building HR processes, managing the HR team, and developing a strong company culture. Orit also has extensive experience at ISSTA, where they held various positions including Head of HR for 8 subsidiaries and HR Manager. In these roles, they worked closely with senior executives, led strategic HR processes, and implemented HRIS systems. Additionally, they have experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, where they focused on recruitment strategies and creating a positive candidate experience. Orit has a track record of successfully leading HR initiatives and contributing to the overall success of organizations.

Orit Zur obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a major in HR Management from The College of Management Academic Studies in 2005. Orit then pursued further education and earned their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Consulting & Organizational Development from the same institution in the year 2008.
