Giulio Falconi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the medical industry. Giulio started their career as a Consultant in workers' safety, specializing in Radiological Protection. Giulio then worked as a Product Manager at Cordis, a Johnson & Johnson Company, where they focused on interventional cardiology.
Falconi later joined BD, where they held multiple positions. Giulio served as a Senior Product Manager in Italy, overseeing the promotion and development of infusion and injection therapy products. Giulio then became a Platform Leader for Europe and EMEA, responsible for product lines in the hospital segment. Giulio also worked as a Marketing Manager for Europe, handling product and marketing management for regional anaesthesia and injection therapy.
After the merger of BD and CareFusion, Falconi relocated to Switzerland and became a Marketing Manager for Europe. Giulio coordinated marketing structures for individual country affiliates and played a key role in implementing business strategies and identifying synergies.
In their most recent role at Sol Millennium Medical Group, Falconi served as the Senior Director of Marketing. Giulio was accountable for global growth and P&L of the injection and infusion medical devices product segment. Giulio led global product launches, managed product strategies, and coordinated a team of marketing professionals.
Throughout their career, Falconi has consistently achieved revenue growth and demonstrated strong leadership and strategic skills.
Giulio Falconi pursued higher education in the field of Physics. From 1987 to 1992, they attended Università degli Studi di Milano and completed their Graduation in Physics during this time. Subsequently, Giulio enrolled at Università degli Studi di Padova and obtained a Doctorate degree in Nuclear Physics from 1995 to 1997.
