Mirjam Rinne

Mirjam Rinne is an experienced HR Service Manager with a diverse background in various managerial roles at SOL since May 2005, including Training Manager, Development Manager, and Service Manager. Prior to SOL, Mirjam worked as a Service Supervisor at Total Kiinteistöpalvelut from December 2001 to April 2005. Mirjam is currently pursuing a Specialist Vocational Qualification in Leadership and Business Management at Keski-Uudenmaan koulutuskuntayhtymä Keuda, expected completion in April 2024. Educational credentials include a Master's degree from the University of Helsinki (1996-2001) and Vocational Teacher Education from Haaga-Helia School of Vocational Teacher Education (2009-2012).
