Martin Ntwaeaborwa is the Dean of Faculty at Sol Plaatje University. With a background as a Professor of Physics, Ntwaeaborwa has held various academic roles at universities such as University of the Witwatersrand, University of Johannesburg, University of the Free State, and University of the North. Ntwaeaborwa has also served as the Deputy Dean of the South African Young Summer School Program, President of the South African Nanotechnology Initiative, and Director of the UNESCO-TWAS Centre of Excellence. Education-wise, Ntwaeaborwa holds a Master of Science in Physics from North-West University and a Doctor of Philosophy in Condensed Matter and Materials Physics from University of the Free State.
