Ryne O'Donnell

Ryne O'Donnell is the founder of Sol-ti, a permaculture planet. Ryne has over 18 years of experience in the business world and has held various positions such as account manager, business development, and top performing account executive. Throughout their career, Ryne has shown an immense amount of drive and success in helping companies grow and develop.

Ryne's passion for business began at a young age. When they were just 11 years old, they started a lawn mowing business that quickly turned into a successful operation. This early entrepreneurial experience instilled a strong work ethic in Ryne that has stayed with him throughout their career. After graduating from college, Ryne went on to work for Global Motorsports Group, where they were quickly promoted to account manager. It was during their time at GMG Racing that Ryne met the owner of Always Evolving, which would later become one of their most successful ventures.

In 2011, Ryne left GMG Racing to join Always Evolving as an operating partner and business development manager. Under Ryne's leadership, the company grew from $300K to $1.1MM in just 18 months. Ryne was responsible for revisioning the company's business plan, increasing product development, training new hires, and implementing and executing a sales and marketing plan. In addition to their work with Always Evolving, Ryne also bootstrapped Sol-ti during this time.

In 2013, Ryne left Always Evolving to focus on Sol-ti full-time. Since then, they have continued to grow the company and

Ryne O'Donnell holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Management from California State University-Long Beach - College of Business, and a MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Ryne is also a certified course instructor in Advanced Sales from Dale Carnegie.
