Sherri Francois has extensive work experience in the media industry. Sherri began their career as a Television News Producer at Channel One News and later became a Series Producer, where they produced long format segments, series, and documentary material for a national news program. Sherri then worked as a Producer at CNN, where they produced and edited feature and news segments. After that, they joined NBC News as a Producer, where they produced long-form documentary programming and incorporated archival material. Sherri also worked at Viacom, MTV, and MTVU as a Producer, where they produced and edited character-driven documentary episodes for shows such as True Life and MADE, making decisions regarding budget, staffing, graphics, casting, editing, and overall look and feel of the shows. Sherri further gained experience as a Digital Media Producer at HGTV and as a Co-Producer/Editor at South Bay Multimedia, LLC. Sherri joined NYC Media as a Supervising Producer for "The Vanguard: Women in Media." Sherri then served as an Executive Producer at South Bay Multimedia. In 2018, they became the Executive Director of Sola I Can Foundation. Currently, Sherri is the Chief Impact Officer at Sola Impact.
