Joseph Ford has extensive experience in the IT support field, currently serving as a Help Desk Specialist at Solace IT Solutions since August 2021. Prior to this role, Joseph worked as a Support Engineer at Safety NetAccess, Inc. from October 2016 to December 2020. Joseph holds an Associate's degree in Computer/Information Technology from Guilford Technical Community College, which was completed between 2014 and 2016.
