Magali Boulet

Magali Boulet is a seasoned customer success and technology leader with extensive experience in the IT sector. Currently serving as Customer Success Manager EMEA at Solace since September 2016, Magali focuses on adoption, retention, and expansion across European and UKI markets. Previously, Magali held roles at Solace including Director of Technology, where responsibilities included leading the French market strategy and managing pre-sales resources, as well as serving as a Senior Sales Engineer specializing in IoT and multi-cloud solutions. Prior experience includes a decade at IBM as a Technical Sales Consultant, and roles at Covast and Oracle as Pre-Sales Consultant, alongside earlier work as a Software Developer at Aston. Magali holds an Engineer degree in Industrial Engineering, specialized in Computer Science from Polytech Marseille.
