Oscar Romero has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and lighting design. Oscar started working at Nulux Inc in 2008 as a Project Engineer, where they managed projects and coordinated processes to ensure the completion of high-end architectural lighting projects for prestigious clients such as The Metropolitan Museum of Art and New York University. In this role, they also participated in cross-functional teams, developed 3D models using SolidWorks software, and led coordination meetings with various stakeholders. In 2016, Oscar joined Solais Lighting Group | Solais + EnergyLite as a Senior Design Engineer, before being promoted to Director of Interior Engineering in 2018.
Oscar Romero completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in 2008. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Engineering Management from the Stevens Institute of Technology, where they completed their education in 2012.
