Scott Hutchins

Scott joined Solamere Capital in 2014. Scott has 15 years of private equity experience investing in domestic and international venture capital, leveraged buyout, natural resources and alternative fixed income limited partnerships and co-investments. He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing and adding value to our funds and co-investments.

Prior to joining Solamere, Scott was Senior Investment Officer at Mass PRIM, Massachusetts' $60 billion pension system. At Mass PRIM, Scott was responsible for performing due diligence, execution, and oversight of a portfolio of more than 200 limited partnerships with over $12 billion in exposure. Prior to Mass PRIM, Scott worked on the Private Equity team at Liberty Mutual Asset Management where he was focused on venture capital funds, leveraged buyout funds and co-investments.

Scott graduated from Babson College and resides in Boston's South End with his family.
