Bent Outzen Rasmussen

Bent Outzen Rasmussen has extensive work experience in the electrical industry. Bent Outzen started their career as a Product Engineer at DLK A/S in 2007, where they were responsible for DIN rail components and electrical panels. Bent Outzen also handled marketing plans, product maintenance, and technical documentation. In 2009, they were promoted to the role of Product Manager, taking charge of the profitability, pricing negotiations, and marketing strategies for electrical equipment and tools. Bent Outzen led a team of six product engineers in this role.

In 2014, Rasmussen joined Solar Danmark A/S as a Market Manager - Electrical, where they were responsible for the electrical instalment segment. Bent Outzen also oversaw product lines related to building management systems, security, tools, and fastenings. Bent Outzen managed three market managers and developed strategies for sales and profitability. In 2016, they were promoted to the position of Market Manager - Electrical, expanding their segment responsibilities to include infrastructure and trade. Bent Outzen continued to lead market managers and became the concept officer for Solar Plus in all Solar Group countries.

Since 2021, Rasmussen has served as Senior Market Manager Electrical and VP Commercial Market & Sourcing at Solar Danmark A/S. In these roles, they have been responsible for the overall strategy, sales, and profitability of the electrical installation segment. Bent Outzen has led a team of market managers and also served as the concept officer for Solar Plus, Solar Netto, and Solar Project across all Solar Group countries.

Bent Outzen Rasmussen has a diverse education history. In 1991, they attended Den Jyske Håndværkerskole and obtained a degree in "El installatør." In 1992, they pursued additional studies at the same institution, specializing in "Merkantil El." In 2008, they attended Solar School and completed a program in "Solar Talent Program." Additionally, they also learned "Presentation skills" from the same school during the same year. In 2010, Bent Outzen Rasmussen furthered their education at Solar Business Academy, where they completed programs in "MUS training" and "Excel superuser." Continuing their education in the field of solar energy, they attended the Solar Business Academy once again in 2010, this time completing "Solar Lean Leadership" program. In 2012, they enrolled in Dansk Eltavle Forening and pursued a degree in "Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies." Bent Outzen joined the Group Leadership Programme at Solar Business Academy in 2011 and is currently pursuing their education there.
