Bob Hamill

Bob has been in the solar industry since 2010 and has participated in the construction of residential, commercial, and utility-scale solar totaling more than 1GW of installations. As COO, he is responsible for all operations including financial planning, contracts, accounting, project management, and procurement. Bob is also responsible for implementation of construction management tools increasing the productivity of the team.

Prior to getting into the solar industry, Bob had worked in operations for notable companies such as A&E Television Networks, Entergy, Exelon, and Reader’s Digest. He started his career in the nuclear industry at Indian Point III where he obtained nuclear mechanical and electrical engineering certificates. People still ask him if he glows. Entering the renewable industry in 2010, Bob found his passion and believes he is giving back to society by helping companies build solar systems to reduce reliance on fossil fuels.

Bob received his Bachelor of Science from RIT in Business, and his Masters in Operations from NYU. He is a native New Yorker who enjoys hiking and biking in the Hudson Valley.
