María Wendy García Castro

Mariana Aguirre has extensive experience in the fields of nutrition and business management. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online shop specializing in organic body care and environmental products. Since January 2016, Mariana has also held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, and working as a Nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana has also contributed to academia as a university lecturer, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
