Hans Wittich

Hans Wittich has a diverse work experience in the real estate and healthcare industries. Hans co-founded SolarGaines in 2009 and served as the President. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director at Nexcore Group from 2006 to 2008, where they established an East Coast Regional Office and led business development activities for healthcare facility acquisitions and developments nationwide. From 2002 to 2005, Wittich held the position of Senior Vice President at Medical Office Properties, Inc. Hans also worked as the Regional Director of Real Estate at Cogent Communications from 2000 to 2002. Additionally, Wittich worked for Finova Realty Capital/First Union Maher Partners from 1990 to 2000, where they served as a Director and was involved in commercial real estate mortgage banking and correspondent lending activities.

Hans Wittich completed their BA in Economics from Washington College, attending from 1980 to 1984. Hans then pursued further education at Loyola University Maryland, earning an MBA in Finance from 1988 to 1990. Prior to their college studies, Wittich attended the Gilman School, although specific dates and any degree obtained from there are not provided.
