Rishabh Dhoble

Rishabh Dhoble is an Executive Maintenance Engineer at Solar Industries India Limited since December 2021, specializing in mechanical maintenance for process plants involving Slurry & Emulsion class 2 explosives, utilizing principles of Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) and 5S. Prior to this role, Rishabh worked as an Independent Business Consultant at IX Global Limited from August 2020 to April 2021, contributing to one of the fastest growing online self-betterment platforms registered in Utah, USA. Rishabh gained practical experience through a summer internship at Ordinance Factory Ambajhari in May 2019, where training focused on applying mechanical engineering concepts to defense production.
