Kate Gold

Kate Gold is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and workforce development. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Director of Workforce at Solar Landscape since February 2020, Kate has created a nationally recognized workforce development program focused on providing green energy education and training. Prior to this role, Kate held various positions at Robert Half from August 2011 to February 2020, including Division Director, Branch Manager, and Staffing Manager, where responsibilities included client development, candidate recruitment, and staff training. Earlier career experience includes a teaching position at Sea Girt Elementary School from 2008 to 2011. Kate Gold earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art Education from East Carolina University in 2006.
