Rocel Pedrosa, CCBP, is an experienced professional in human resources and compensation administration, currently serving as the Compensation Admin Lead at Solar Philippines since November 2016. Prior to this role, Rocel held the position of HR Supervisor at Shopping Center Management Corporation from February 2016 to November 2016 and worked as a Timekeeping Specialist at ABS-CBN Corporation from December 2012 to January 2016.
