Aron Mikkanen Martin

Aron Mikkanen Martin is a Manufacturing Engineer currently employed at STERIS since July 2023 and has also been with Solar Plastics, LLC since May 2019, focusing on continuous improvement, project management, process enhancement, jig and fixture design, and lean manufacturing practices. Prior experience includes roles as a Continuous Improvement Quality Engineer at Data MetalCraft Inc., an intern in machine design at Hutchinson Technology Inc., and a maintenance engineer intern at Flint Hills Resources. Aron holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, completed between 2008 and 2018, and possesses skills in CREO CAD design, fixture design using pneumatics, RFID, PLC, and lean manufacturing techniques.
