Rolando Salinas has diverse work experience in marketing and advertising roles. Rolando started their career as a Brand Supervisor at The Cartel Group, where they led campaign strategy development for JCPenney Hispanic Stores, resulting in three consecutive years of sales increases. Rolando then became the Director of Brand Promotions, where they successfully secured $1.2 million in revenue from clients such as the US ARMY and Labbatt USA.

Afterwards, Salinas joined Lopez Negrete Communications as a Group Account Director, overseeing brands such as Bank of America, VISA, and Microsoft. Rolando led the development of multi-channel advertising campaigns and provided strategic direction to creative teams.

Salinas then worked at Freed Advertising as a Business Development Consultant, responsible for leading the agency's branding efforts and identifying potential targets. Rolando also crafted RFP responses and new business presentations.
