Ilia Mikheev has extensive experience in digital marketing and leadership roles. Ilia started their career at Element Group as a CMO before moving on to Inlearno.ru as a Digital Director. Ilia then became the CMO at uKit Website Builder, where they managed a marketing team and launched new products. After that, they worked as a Digital Acquisition Manager at DOCOMO Digital, leading mobile marketing and developing partnerships. Ilia later joined BelkaCar as a Digital Director, where they were responsible for carsharing digital marketing strategy, user acquisition, and project management. Most recently, they have held the role of CMO at Slash and Solar Staff, focusing on marketing strategies in these organizations.
Ilia Mikheev received a Higher Education (University Degree) in Marketing from the Russian University of Cooperation from 2003 to 2008. Later, from 2008 to 2012, they pursued a Candidate of Sciences (PhD in Economics) degree with a specialization in Marketing from the Russian University of Cooperation (formerly known as Moscow University of Consumer Cooperation).
