Jacob Shafir

Jacob Shafir serves as the Director of Global Service Programs at SolarEdge Technologies since February 2019, leading initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and support performance. Previously, Jacob held the position of Senior Global Project Manager at the same company, where responsibilities included managing service excellence projects and implementing best practices in customer service. Prior experience includes a role as Customer Success Manager at DarioHealth, overseeing the Customer Success team and advocating for customer needs across various departments. Jacob also spent over seven years at Johnson & Johnson in various roles, culminating as the Lead for Biosense Webster & Cerenovus in Israel, managing the Electrophysiology and Neuro businesses. Early career roles included sales and management positions at Qualify and Jungo Ltd, where Jacob developed expertise in sales, product management, and custom software development. Educational qualifications include a B.Sc in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from the Open University of Israel.
