Roger Keighley has a diverse range of work experience in the finance and consulting industry. Roger has held various roles including Head of Credit and Credit & Risk Consultant at Solarise Africa, Credit Consultant at Longevity Development, and Bank Non-Executive Director & SME Access to Finance & Training specialist as a self-employed individual. Roger has also served as a Consulting Director for a SME banking project at Universal Merchant Bank Ltd and as an Investment Director for Norfund. Additionally, they have worked as a Short Term Consultant for USAID EDMC A2F Component and as an SME Advisor for Genesis-Analytics. Prior to these positions, Roger was the Head of Africa at ShoreBank International Ltd and a Director at IZWE Loans Group.
Roger Keighley attended the William Hulme Grammar School from 1964 to 1971. Roger then went on to Stockport College, where they earned a degree in Banking (ACIB) from 1974 to 1978. In 1984, they attended Damelin College in South Africa and obtained a Diploma in Financial Management. In 1998, they attended the Bank of America Training College and studied Cash Flow Based Lending, Management, Industry & Business Evaluation.
