Julian Mattheis

Julian Mattheis is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, particularly in photovoltaics. Currently serving as CEO of Solarnative GmbH since August 2019, Julian has demonstrated expertise in HF micro-inverters for PV modules. Prior to this role, Julian held positions such as Geschäftsführer at PowerHouse Energy and Technology Scout and Project Manager at Heraeus Photovoltaics. Entrepreneurial at heart, Julian founded Solar Symphony and was Managing Director at FleX-EV and Solsol GmbH. Early career experience includes a role as R&D Project Manager at Q CELLS. Julian holds multiple degrees from the University of Stuttgart, including a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and a Magister in Political Science, Economics, and Mathematics, along with a research scholarship in Physics at the University of Oregon.
