Caroline Fligeltaub

Caroline Fligeltaub is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Head of Legal – Commercial Affairs at SOLATO since November 2022, where responsibilities include negotiating major commercial deals and managing complex legal challenges. Prior to this role, Caroline was a Legal Counsel at IDE Technologies, handling a wide range of commercial agreements and providing legal support across multiple business units. Caroline has also led the legal department at Telemenia Ltd, focusing on international market expansion, and has experience in project analysis and business development. With a legal career that began as a Legal Intern and progressed through various associate positions at leading law firms, Caroline holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Master of Science in Organization Consulting from Tel Aviv University, and is a member of the Israeli Bar Association.
