Eliane Dreyfuss

Eliane Dreyfuss is an experienced professional in talent development and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as a Talent, People, and Culture Advisor at Akooda since February 2020, where responsibilities include recruiting and advising on culture-building strategies for a VC-backed early-stage SaaS company. As a Leadership and Executive Coach at Dreyfuss Coaching since January 2017, Dreyfuss collaborates with clients to achieve professional goals through sustainable change. Prior experience includes roles as Talent Development Manager at UJA-Federation of New York, where Dreyfuss designed and managed leadership development programs for non-profit executives, and positions focused on leadership development at organizations such as The Jewish Center and Hagshama. Education includes a Master’s Degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a BA in Sociology and Social Anthropology from Dalhousie University.
