Uladzimir Novikau

Uladzimir Novikau has extensive experience as a Solution Architect, with their most recent roles at Kaltura and Solbeg, both starting in 2021. Prior to that, they worked at EPAM Systems for almost 18 years, where they held various positions including Solution Architect and Team Leader. Before joining EPAM Systems, Uladzimir worked as a Lead Software Engineer at both BigByte Freelancer from 2001 to 2003 and Innovative Development Laboratory from 1998 to 2001.

Uladzimir Novikau began their education in 1995 at Belarusian State University, where they pursued an unspecified degree and field of study until 1999. Following this, in 2000-2001, they attended Saint Petersburg State Institute of Technology (Technical University), although the specific degree and field of study remain unknown. In 2016, they obtained a certification as a SEI Software Architecture Professional from the Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University.
