Mihai Vinaga

Mihai Vinaga began their work experience as a Web Developer at DataRoom Inc in 2008, where they developed hosting websites using technologies such as PHP, MySQL, Apache, JavaScript, Prototype, JQuery, and Perl. Mihai then joined Wind River Systems in 2011 as an Engineer, working on a Web Project Management App and implementing automated testing using PHPUnit and Selenium2, PhantomJS. In 2014, Vinaga transitioned to the role of a PHP Developer at AMOMA.com before becoming the VP of Engineering at T-Me Studios in 2015. At T-Me Studios, they held the position until 2018. Currently, Vinaga is the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder at Veridion (formerly Soleadify) since 2017. In this role, they focus on leveraging AI and machine learning to extract accurate data points on companies from around the world by processing 10 Pb of HTML and building a repository of insights.

Mihai Vinaga has a strong educational background in the field of Computer Science. Mihai obtained their Master's degree in Computer Science from Universitatea "Dunărea de Jos" din Galați in the years 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the same university, between 2007 and 2011.

Before pursuing higher education, Mihai Vinaga received an Informatics Certificate from Colegiul National Alexandru Ioan Cuza Galati, specializing in Mathematics and Informatics, from 2003 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Mihai Vinaga has also earned several certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills. Mihai completed certifications in various subjects such as Elasticsearch 7 and the Elastic Stack from Udemy in November 2019, Programming Languages from Coursera in December 2013, and Introduction to Computer Science and Programming from edX in October 2013. Mihai also obtained certifications in Algorithms: Design and Analysis, Part 1, Software as a Service II, First-Year Composition 2.0, Software as a Service I, Human-Computer Interaction, and Introduction to Data Science, all in 2013 from different institutions. Additionally, they achieved the prestigious Zend Certified Engineer PHP 5.3 certification from Zend in November 2012. Vinaga also holds two Honor Code Certificates from edX, one for Paradigms of Computer Programming - Fundamentals, and the other for Systematic Program Design - Part 1.
