Bastien Gardrat

Bastien Gardrat is a seasoned professional in the spirits and hospitality industry with a robust background in business development and bartending. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Drink Strategy Lead at Solera Collective since November 2022, Bastien is also the Global Spirits Ambassador for Forbes Travel Guide. Prior roles include Business Development Associate at Farandole, the world's first NFT marketplace for wines and spirits, and Head Bartender at Bacardi, where management of a pop-up cocktail bar was successfully executed. Previous experience with Martell Mumm Perrier-Jouët involved engaging customers through cognac tastings and cocktail events, as well as managing sales and tours.
