Wasif Shams

Wasif Shams has a range of experience in various technical roles. Wasif most recently worked as the Head of BigData Operations at Solera Global Data & Content. Before that, they were a Senior Solution and Data Architect at R3PI for four years. Prior to R3PI, Wasif was a Technical Solutions Architect at Lanyon for four years, where they provided architectural oversight and delivered innovative solutions for the hospitality industry. Wasif also worked as a System Analyst at Kohl's Department Stores in a contracting role, and as a Chair of Electronics Department at ITT Technical Institute. Wasif started their career as a Senior System Engineer at Prime Engineering Services in Pakistan, where they provided embedded solutions to clients. Wasif has also had teaching experience as an Assistant Professor at the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences - FAST, and as a Lecturer at Biztek and Khadim Ali Shah Bukhari Institute of Technology.
