Jacob Welch

Jacob Welch has diverse work experience in the field of IT. Jacob started their career as a PC and Server Customer Support Representative at PDX Pharmacy Software in 2009. Jacob then worked as an IT Coordinator at Compass Professional Health Services, where they managed and maintained the company's technological equipment. Jacob then joined Resolute Investment Managers as a Sr. Specialist Desktop Support, providing desktop support services for almost 8 years. After that, they served as a Systems Administrator at Peak Utility Services Group, where they provided support for IT systems implementation and maintenance. Later on, Jacob worked as an Operations Technician at Pingman Tools, where they were responsible for various administrative tasks related to software systems. Jacob then joined Carbon Health as an IT Purchasing Specialist, managing relationships with vendors and overseeing hardware purchasing. Currently, Jacob is working as a Lead Systems Administrator at Solera Health.

Jacob Welch attended Weatherford Community College from 2006 to 2008, where they pursued a Network Administrator Associate degree. Jacob also obtained various certifications, including CompTIA A+ Certification in 2008 and Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified Professional in 2017 and Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert in 2020.
