Ostap Kuchma

Ostap Kuchma is a skilled data analyst with extensive experience across various sectors, including public administration and academia. Currently serving as a Data Analyst at Soley since September 2021, Ostap focuses on enhancing analytical pipelines and delivering customized analytical services. Previously, as a State Expert in Data Analysis at the Presidential Administration of Ukraine, analytical support was provided to the Directorate of Regional Development and Decentralization. Additionally, Ostap has consulted on public procurement at the Kyiv School of Economics and contributed to municipal data analysis at Texty.org.ua. Early career roles included analyzing political finance with CHESNO and media monitoring with CEDOS. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Data Science (Social Analytics) from The University of Manchester and two degrees in political science from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
