Noa Shosberger

Noa Shosberger serves as the HR & Operations Lead at Soli (formerly SafeUP) since May 2021, acting as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team while driving the company's culture initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as a Cadet in the Ministry of Interior's program for local government at Atidim and as a Connector for the Peres Center for Peace and Innovation, where Noa expertly guided visitors and engaged with various startups. Additionally, experience as a Coordinator at the Office for Gender Equity at Ben-Gurion University involved identifying needs and organizing events. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Sociology with a focus on Organizational Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Management & Public Policy from Ben-Gurion University, complemented by participation in the QUATRO Leadership Lab focused on HR.
