Domestic Violence Advocate/housing Manager, Substitute at Solid Ground

Dacia Christin currently serves as a Clinical Research Project Manager at Cancer Research And Biostatistics (CRAB) and as a Project Management Consultant for the SWOG Latin American Initiative since October 2020. Dacia's extensive experience includes roles such as Domestic Violence Advocate/Housing Manager at Solid Ground and Investigator at the University of Liverpool, where a qualitative study on undocumented Nicaraguan migrant women's prenatal care practices was conducted. Prior experience includes managing the PRECAMA study at the International Agency for Research on Cancer, where oversight of a premenopausal breast cancer case-control study involving 400 women across four Latin American sites was provided. Dacia has also contributed to project management at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and coordinated cancer research studies in Latin America. An accomplished translator and educator, Dacia's educational background includes a Master of Public Health from the University of Liverpool and multiple degrees in languages and literature.
