Tom Patterson

Tom Patterson is an experienced Global Commodity Manager with a demonstrated history in procurement and supply chain management across multiple industries. Currently at Solid Power, Inc. since December 2022, Tom oversees raw materials for the battery sector. Prior roles include managing direct sourcing at Lexmark and handling $150M in annual spend at Gates Corporation, where significant savings were achieved through strategic sourcing initiatives. With a foundational background in analytics and customer applications management at Xilinx, Tom has also contributed to procurement capabilities at Crocs, Inc., and has a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
