Elmeri Helme has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. In 2015, they worked as a Research Assistant at Kuulas Helsinki / Business Science Helsinki Oy, where they conducted fieldwork, gathered data, and visualized the data for customers. Elmeri also transcribed and translated texts in Finnish, Swedish, and English. In 2017, Elmeri joined Enklaavi ry as a Board Member focusing on Academic and International Affairs. Elmeri'sresponsibilities included gathering and utilizing student feedback, promoting student interests to the school administration, and collaborating with student boards. During the same year, they also worked as a Marketing Assistant at Lappeenranta University of Technology, where they marketed the university to high school students through presentations and content marketing planning for various social media channels. In 2017, Elmeri served as a Research Assistant at Kuulas Helsinki / Business Science Helsinki Oy once again, conducting qualitative research, face-to-face marketing, and assisting in Photoshop projects. Elmeri'sessential skills included attracting potential research targets through elevator pitches. Currently, Elmeri Helme holds the position of Global Customer Success Lead at SolidSport, where they oversee customer success on a global scale. Prior to this, they served as a Customer Success Manager, Finland at SolidSport.
Elmeri Helme completed their Bachelor's Degree at LUT University from 2016 to 2019. Elmeri then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in International Marketing Management at the same university from 2020 to 2023. In addition, they received the certification for "Achieving Student 2016-2017" from LUT School of Business and Management, Lappeenranta University of Technology, in November 2017.
